Andrew Tarvin

Andrew Tarvin serves as Senior Counsel for Walmart, US Merchandising Legal.  Andrew is experienced in risk mitigation, strategic planning, and complex multi‑jurisdictional disputes. As Senior Counsel at Walmart and former attorney at Kutak Rock, he advises on merchandising transactions and regulatory matters. He holds a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a B.A. from Baylor University.
