Build it and they will come. Since opening at 405 South Main Street in October 2006, Bentonville Public Library is visited more than 200,000 times each year by patrons who check out books, access technology, hold community meetings and discover new passions. The Bentonville Library Foundation supports the growing need for library services through funding for books, equipment, programs and operations of the library’s facilities.
Why is your support for the Bentonville Library Foundation important? Your gift puts books into children’s hands, creates a place for the community to gather for instruction and gives citizens of every age and economic level access to the latest online learning. By making adonation to the library, you are investing in our community and our future.
Established in 2003, The Bentonville Library Foundation’s mission is to support its community’s knowledge by learning and enhancing library facilities, programs and services. The Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit and governed by a volunteer community board of directors. The Foundation has been instrumental in the construction and completion of the Library at 405 S. Main. The continued work of the Foundation and the Library is possible only through the support and generosity of the community.
